A celebration of Victoria's natural environment and local filmmakers.

Frogs Victoria is an association for anyone with an interest in Victorian frogs.

We are a networking hub for researchers, conservationists, enthusiasts and the frog curious. Frogs Victoria aims to raise the profile of Victoria’s frogs, fostering an interest in them and offering support to scientific research, conservation, education and the wider community.

The Australian Science Communicators is the peak body for science communicators and science journalists in Australia. Established in 1994, the Australian Science Communicators has grown to a national network of members working in science and technology communication, including science journalists and writers, public information officers for academic and research organisations, scientists, museum professionals, science educators, science film-makers, and many other diverse professions united by the common theme of making science accessible. We are a not-for-profit organisation.

In 2017 our team ran the inaugural Let's Torque STEM communication competition and received outstanding feedback from participants. Co-founders Isobel Campbell and Josh Zail, along with a number of the current team members, have studied the Advanced Science - Global Challenges program at Monash University. In this course we are lucky enough to be taught the valuable skills of public speaking and given plenty of opportunities to practice. We want to make sure all undergraduate students get the same chance!
